Introducing Flexible Watermarks: Your Brand, Your Way

We know that when it comes to showcasing your properties, your photos are everything. They tell the story, set the scene, and represent your brand. Up until now, our system placed your logo in a fixed position on your images. While this secured your content, we realized that one size (and one spot) doesn’t always fit all.
Sometimes, the bottom-right corner covers a crucial architectural detail. Other times, your logo simply looks better centred or up top.
That’s why we are thrilled to announce our latest feature: Flexible Watermarks.
Six Spots, Infinite Possibilities
Gone are the days of the fixed watermark. You now have the freedom to position your branding exactly where it creates the most impact without obstructing the view.
You can now choose from six different locations on your photos (Top Left, Top Middle, Top Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Middle, Bottom Right) and adjust the Watermark Sizing to ensure your logo is perfectly proportioned to your image.

Not sure if "Large, Top Left" looks better than "Medium, Bottom Right"? You don't have to guess.
We have updated our
Instant Watermark Tool to serve as your testing ground.
- Drag and drop a photo into the tool.
- Tweak the Sizing and Location settings.
- See the changes update in real-time.
This allows you to experiment with different configurations on the fly to see exactly how your branding will appear on your actual listing photos.
Set It and Forget It
Once you have found the perfect configuration that balances brand visibility with photo clarity, you can make it the new standard for your team.
Simply head over to your Branch Settings > Photos > Watermarking. Click "Edit" on the Watermark styling section, input your preferred Size and Location, and hit Save.
From that moment on, all future watermarks applied by the system will automatically use your new, custom styling. It’s that easy to keep your branding consistent and professional.
