For privacy reasons, some tours are locked and the viewer must provide contact details to view the tour, including name, phone number and email address.
We collect these details to send you a secure link to the tour. We pass your details on to the tour owner so they can respond to your enquiry.
None of your personal information is passed to third parties and is used only to generate analytics on tour activity.
Our lawful basis for processing this personal data is to provide a service to our members and a service to you. All enquiry data will be kept for two years from the date on which we obtained it. After that, it will be erased or anonymised so that the data no longer identifies you.
