The demand for Ensuites with rooms increased between February and May 2020. See the results below from Birmingham, where the demand for ensuites grew more than 50% during lockdown.
This growth is more prominent in cities, Bristol also had a large growth of 7%, suggesting the demand is higher in more densely populated areas, where the risk of Covid-19 was higher.
The data was extracted from "Tenants Wanted" adverts on Spareroom posted during February and May.
