Why did you initially choose Made Snappy for your Virtual Tour software?

We originally chose Made Snappy because it is easy to use, and we can create the tours ourselves which some other companies do not give you the option to do.

We believe we offer value for money. Would you agree with that?

We are on a good package and feel it is great value for money.

Virtual Tours are becoming a great offering for Agents, what difference has it made to your business?

Especially with the pandemic we have benefitted greatly from the Virtual Tour software that Made Snappy provides and we have been able to conduct online viewings safely. By having floorplan integration, information points and being able to share it on our website we feel like it has given us the edge over our competitors. We think that 360 Virtual Tours are better than the standard video tours as it allows the viewers to navigate to specific rooms rather than having to find the specific rooms in the video, this saves time and retains interest.

How easy do you find using the software?

The software is very easy to use, I have been doing Virtual Tours on Made Snappy for a long time and it has always been very straight forward to use.

We have had a lot of Agents say that offering Virtual Tours has reduced their viewing costs and saved them money would you agree with this?

Made Snappy Virtual Tours has saved us a lot of time going into properties, as we deal with Students who work from home it has saved us disturbing them to conduct viewings and allowed us to reach a bigger audience especially with our International Students who can tour the property from the other side of the world.
The Virtual Tours has also proved that we are transparent when marketing our properties, we deal a lot with refurbished lettings and advertise them with Photographs – the Virtual Tour compliments these photographs and backs them up that the property has been finished to a high standard throughout and it isn’t just clever camera angles. This means our tenants are assured that they are getting the right property and are not being mis sold on pictures.

Do you find that it helps to win listings by offering Virtual Tours?

It is a bonus to have Virtual Tours for our properties, especially over the past year. When advertising our properties, we make it very clear that we have a Virtual Tour available for the property which is an eye-catching selling point.

What sort of comments do you get from your Vendors or Landlords when you mention you will do a Virtual Tour for them?

When we take on new properties to manage that are owned by landlords, we do let them know that we will be marketing their properties through a Virtual Tour. This is a good unique selling point as a lot of other agents are not sure how to create their own Virtual Tours and so they will hire a company to do it for them, by including the Virtual Tour as part of our management services it gives us the edge over our competition. Another bonus of the Virtual Tour software is that we can put our own branding over the Tour so all our information is available for the viewer to access, that way if they are interested, they can see it is our Virtual Tour and can contact us directly.

Will you continue to offer Virtual Tours if so why?

We will continue to offer Virtual Tours as it saves our manpower and saves us time. With our refurbished properties we are seeing Students signing up based on photographs and Virtual Tours alone! Another good aspect of having Virtual Tours for our properties is that if some of our Students cannot be present for the viewing, especially for the larger groups of 6, we can distribute the tour so that they can decide quickly on a property and share the virtual tour with their parents to get a second opinion and give them peace of mind that they will be staying in nice accommodation. Virtual Tours are a benefit towards us.

How have you found your overall experience with Made Snappy?

I would rate Made Snappy 10/10, very good overall.

Would you recommend us to others?

Yes, not to our competitors though, obviously! There are a lot of agents that are using Virtual Tour software, but they do not have the advantage of having fully branded tours that link to your own Website like we do with Made Snappy and the added bonus of being able to link to our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Why did you initially choose Made Snappy for your Virtual Tour software?

I had been dabbling with 360 virtual tours for 18 months and Made Snappy made it simple.

Absolutely.

It saves me an awful lot of time on viewings, tenants can short list properties without leaving their home. Whereas viewings can take up to an hour, I know that I am showing serious contenders around the properties as they have already seen the Virtual Tour.

How easy do you find using the software?

Ever so easy. I am a technophobe and find it difficult embracing new technology, however due to the simplicity of doing 360 Tours and because of the training it was easy to learn. The virtual tour software allows me to make my ideas into a reality.

Yes, I save myself time on viewings as I know they are serious contenders.

Yes it has.

What sort of comments do you get from your Vendors or Landlords when you mention you will do a Virtual Tour for them?

They get quite excited about it and it’s a good selling point. Our virtual tours have recently been used to assist in the mortgaging a property, the company were able to look at the properties prior to their visit and give an offer prior to a final in person visit..

Will you continue to offer Virtual Tours if so why?

It’s the way forward, the pandemic has made it popular/ a necessity for agents but the time saving element of using tours means it will gain in popularity after the pandemic is over. The time savings costs outweigh the small cost for the equipment, it will become the norm. Why would you if you were looking for a property spend an entire day of your life viewing properties if you could receive all the tours, sit down, go through them and shortlist all the ones you want and only view ones of interest. When we are out of the pandemic people are going to want to spend their free time socialising, not viewing properties – priorities will shift. 360 sees what videos don’t, that is why for me being able to do the Virtual Tours as a check in and a check out feature is invaluable..

5 Star. Mark gives the personal touch; Mark is very good at what he does.

Would you recommend us to others?

Absolutely, but I don’t want every agent in Sheffield doing it as I won’t have the edge!

It has helped when advertising my HMOs, but I think it has helped most in winning leads as I can advertise my properties quicker as I do not need to wait for approval when posting the listing this gains me more leads.
