Budget’s increase in Cornwall

After Rightmove released its figures showing that Devon and Cornwall areas had spiked in interest, we compared the interest to the amount people are willing to spend. Across Truro, Cornwall the budgets have significantly increased between Jan and May 2020, as seen below.

Now showing a peak at £800 and even an increase for £1000- £1150, compared to the £400-£600 peaks in January. Rightmove suggested that many of the searches were looking from London or city areas, which may explain the increase in budget, swapping expensive city homes for the calmness of the seaside in Cornwall.
