Virtual staging for properties

22nd June 2020

Generate more interest for empty properties using virtual staging

Staging properties for photographs or viewings can be costly, often spending money on items that will be put to waste. By virtually staging a property, you save time and money, whilst getting a seamlessly presented space that is more likely to attract viewers.

We decided to test virtual staging for ourselves to see the results and how easy it was.

We found a designer on Fiverr, who specialises in virtual staging for homes, renovation projects and commercial spaces. His prices start at $15 to add new furniture to an empty room, including one revision of the work.

Providing the designer, Jack with a simple brief: Kitchen/diner, possibly a kitchen/lounge/diner. Modern/Contemporary style. In less than 24 hours, he had emailed us the transformation.

Virtual staging is a simple, diverse tool that can be used throughout the property market. Landlords could use virtual staging to market their rental properties, whilst Agents could win new business by offering staging as a sweetener to gain instructions.
