Different Cameras

360 cameras handle stitching differently.

Ricoh cameras automatically stitch images for you when they take the photo, so you never have to worry about stitching. You can plug them in and copy the images over as they are stored stitched on the camera.

Some 360° Cameras store photos unstitched, and only stitch them when you download them to their app. This means you can’t plug the camera in to upload the images to our system. You have to download the images to your phone through the app, then upload them to our system from your phone.
